CannaMatch

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 14, 2026

CannaMatch is committed to making job matching in the Massachusetts cannabis industry accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor — whether they use a screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, or screen magnification — to be able to find and apply for work without friction.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which is also the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for web content.

What we’ve built in

  • Semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) on every page.
  • A “Skip to main content” link for keyboard users.
  • Visible focus outlines on all interactive elements.
  • Full keyboard navigation — you never need a mouse.
  • Text contrast ratios meeting or exceeding 4.5:1 for body text.
  • Form labels associated with every input, plus inline error messages.
  • Responsive layout that works down to small phone screens.
  • No auto-playing audio or video.
  • Plain-English alternatives to AI match scores so results aren’t opaque.

Known limitations

This is a small, volunteer-built project and we’re still improving. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, we want to know about it. Please reach out using the contact info below.

Requesting accommodations

If you need the Service in a different format, need help submitting the matching form, or have feedback on accessibility, email hello@goodvibessyrup.com. We’ll respond as quickly as we can and do our best to help.

Third-party content

Job descriptions are authored by employers and may not always meet WCAG standards (for example, long unbroken blocks of text or unclear headings). We do our best to present them in a readable format and welcome feedback when a specific posting creates a barrier.
