Plain English version: This is a free website run by Jason from Good Vibesto help people find cannabis jobs in Massachusetts. We reserve the right to do whatever we want with it. Right now, we have no plans to do anything funny — no selling data, no hidden charges, no weird stuff. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please leave the website. That’s it. The rest is lawyer flavor.

1. What this is

CannaMatch(“the Service”) is a free, AI-powered job matching tool for the Massachusetts cannabis industry, operated by Jason Reposa / Good Vibes. It is not an employment agency, staffing firm, recruiter, or employer of record. We are not a party to any hiring decision or employment relationship.

2. We reserve the right to do whatever we want

We may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. We may modify these terms by updating this page. We may remove any job posting, candidate profile, or account at our sole discretion. We may contact users about the Service when it’s necessary or useful. We currently have no plans to do anything with user data beyond what’s described in our Privacy Policy — but we reserve the right to change our approach, and if we do, the Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

3. By using the site, you agree

By submitting a resume, posting a job, clicking links, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please close the browser tab and leave the website.

4. No guarantees

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Match scores are generated by artificial intelligence and are approximations, not endorsements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or completeness of any job posting or candidate profile, and using the Service does not guarantee that you will find a job or find a candidate.

5. Your responsibilities

• Submit only truthful, accurate information.
• Do not post fake, misleading, discriminatory, or illegal job listings.
• Do not use the Service to discriminate against anyone based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
• Do not scrape, crawl, mass-submit, or otherwise abuse the Service.
• If you are posting a job, you represent that the role is real, open, and that you are authorized to post it.

6. AI processing

Candidate submissions are processed by Anthropic’s Claude API with zero-data-retention enabled. Personal identifying information (name, email, phone, street address) is stripped from resume text before it is sent to the AI. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. GDPR (European Economic Area and UK users)

The Service is intended for users in Massachusetts. If you access it from the EEA or UK, the following applies: the lawful basis for processing candidate data is your consent, given when you submit the matching form. You have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, object to, and request erasure of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any notification email, or by emailing us at the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Data-protection inquiries should go to the contact address at the bottom of this page.

8. Accessibility (ADA / WCAG)

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The Service supports keyboard navigation, visible focus styles, semantic landmarks, and color contrast suitable for most users. See our Accessibility Statement for the full commitment and how to request accommodations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jason Reposa and Good Vibes shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: lost employment opportunities, decisions made based on match scores, interactions with employers or candidates found through the Service, or loss of data. Total liability, if any, is limited to $0 — this is a free service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jason Reposa and Good Vibes from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
