- Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and remove any that don't meet standards

- Support curing: hanging and dry-racking flowers, monitoring climate, labeling, weighing, and entering inventory data
- Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems
- Pitch in during high-demand periods to help prepare and package products
- Follow state regulations and security procedures
What You'll Bring:
- A natural green thumb and genuine passion for working with plants
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Sharp attention to detail and strong documentation/inventory skills
- Solid math and measurement skills; comfortable operating a scale
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, sit, and walk for 8–10 hour shifts
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders
