Cresco Labs is a publicly traded, vertically integrated cannabis operator with locations nationwide. We operate Sunnyside dispensaries and focus on normalizing cannabis through professionalism, community engagement, and industry-leading standards.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7AM – 3:30PM. Pay: $23.50/hr.
The Lead Cultivation Agent leads a team of agents in their daily tasks of monitoring and maintaining plant production and health, overseeing quality control and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cultivation staff, schedules, processes, and inventory
- Serve as mentor and resource for the team regarding policies and industry changes
- Delegate tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians
- Coordinate with the Garden Manager on staff communication
- Oversee cultivation tasks and ensure proper documentation per state regulations
- Measure, mix, and apply nutrient and plant treatments
- Monitor plant health through pruning, trimming, and health analysis
- Maintain strain rotation for variety and quantity
- Maintain accurate records of all cultivation activities, inventory, applications, and materials
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced plant cultivation and facility operations knowledge
- Leadership/mentoring experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Computer literacy (word processing, POS systems, databases)
- Knowledge of medical cannabis policies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be 21+ years old with legal U.S. work authorization
