Cresco Labs is a publicly traded, vertically integrated cannabis operator with locations nationwide. We operate Sunnyside dispensaries and focus on normalizing cannabis through professionalism, community engagement, and industry-leading standards.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00PM – 11:30PM. Pay: $21 – $22/hr.
The Edibles Agent supports cannabis edible production and packaging operations, completing tasks assigned by kitchen and packaging supervisors including prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, wrapping, and operating basic production equipment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist kitchen staff in producing cannabis-infused food products using commercial machinery
- Execute batch production assignments and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to follow manufacturing procedures, ensuring proper potency and consistency
- Identify and resolve quality control issues with damaged products
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Support labeling, packaging, and product tracking
- Complete equipment and workspace sanitation
- Cross-departmental training support as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Two years production experience, preferably in regulated human consumption fields
- Kitchen production background preferred
- Understanding of recipes, food production, and sanitation practices
- Strong multitasking and task management abilities
- Attention to detail in monitoring and labeling processes
- Ability to work around plant material and pollen exposure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be 21+ years old with legal U.S. work authorization
