Cresco Labs is a publicly traded, vertically integrated cannabis operator with locations nationwide. We operate Sunnyside dispensaries and focus on normalizing cannabis through professionalism, community engagement, and industry-leading standards. The Kitchen Supervisor manages edibles production operations, leading a second-shift team to produce medically infused edible products while maintaining compliance with state regulations. Reports to the Kitchen Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Direct kitchen agents through daily production tasks including prepping, cooking, and equipment operation - Set production schedules collaboratively with management - Personnel management including hiring, discipline, and training - Maintain production documentation, sanitation logs, and lab results - Manage inventory and vendor relationships for ingredients - Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and Safety/Quality standards - Equipment sanitation and workspace maintenance - Oversee packaging, labeling, and regulatory tracking Required Qualifications: - Leadership and team development experience - 2+ years in food or confectionery manufacturing (preferred) - Background in regulated industries producing consumer products - Knowledge of recipes, food production, and sanitation protocols - Proficiency with SOPs, GFSI, GMP, GDP and other company policies - Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities - ServSafe certification (preferred) - Microsoft Office and Metrc/Canix experience (advantageous) - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Must be 21+ years old with legal U.S. work authorization Compensation: $60,000 – $63,000 USD.
