Cresco Labs is a publicly traded, vertically integrated cannabis operator with locations nationwide. We operate Sunnyside dispensaries and focus on normalizing cannabis through professionalism, community engagement, and industry-leading standards. Pay: $26 – $29/hr. The Facility Maintenance Technician maintains facility and production machinery in optimal condition, minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex automated equipment, and repairing building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure. Core Responsibilities: - Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, HVAC equipment, boilers, valves, sprayers, and dehumidifiers - Diagnose mechanical failures and replace defective components - Ensure automated equipment remains operational through routine checks - Maintain building systems (lighting, HVAC, life safety, security fencing) - Perform electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs or installations - Read blueprints, schematics, and service manuals - Install piping systems and industrial electrical circuits - Maintain records using CMMS software - Adhere strictly to safety procedures and PPE requirements - Work independently with minimal supervision Required Qualifications: - 3+ years industrial/commercial building maintenance experience - High school diploma or GED - Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, electrical systems - Hand/power tool proficiency - HVAC certification highly preferred - Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods - Must be 21+ years old with legal U.S. work authorization Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, FSA/HSA, life insurance, paid holidays and PTO, potential bonuses and stock options.
