The Cultivation Agent at the Uxbridge, MA facility maintains plant health through pruning, topping, and trimming per company standards while keeping the facility clean and production well-documented. Core Responsibilities: - Maintain plant health through pruning, topping, and trimming per company standards - Transport plants between facility areas efficiently - Move soil/coco for transplanting operations - Transplant plants into larger containers - Harvest plants in organized, time-efficient manner - Buck wet or dry plants post-harvest - Maintain clean, safe cultivation environment with proper waste disposal - Clean all equipment including reflectors, containers, mixing tools, and ventilation systems - Assist with plant tracking from birth to harvest - Maintain accurate records of tracking numbers, lot numbers, and related information Required Qualifications: - General production experience (preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption) - Strong time-management and multitasking abilities - Comfortable working in varying indoor/greenhouse conditions - Ability to work around plant material and potential pollen exposure - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Must be 21+ years old with legal U.S. work authorization Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, FSA/HSA, life insurance, paid holidays and PTO, potential bonuses and stock options.
