The Processing Agent supports cannabis processing operations at the Fall River facility, handling extraction, refinement, and preparation of cannabis products while maintaining compliance with state regulations and quality standards. Core Responsibilities: - Operate processing equipment for cannabis extraction and refinement - Follow SOPs for product processing, packaging, and labeling - Maintain clean, compliant processing environment - Document all activities per state regulations and company standards - Support quality control testing and product tracking - Assist with inventory management and materials handling - Maintain equipment through regular cleaning and basic maintenance - Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements Required Qualifications: - Production experience, preferably in regulated manufacturing - Understanding of processing equipment and safety protocols - Strong attention to detail and documentation skills - Ability to follow detailed SOPs consistently - Strong time-management and multitasking abilities - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Must be 21+ years old with legal U.S. work authorization Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, FSA/HSA, life insurance, paid holidays and PTO, potential bonuses and stock options.
