We are currently looking for a Harvest Associate to work in our Medway facility. The successful candidate will be motivated, flexible, able to multi-task, and a reliable team player. The primary responsibility of a Harvest Associate is to assist in all day-to-day operations necessary to harvest and shuck all CommCan flower. The associate must be willing to abide by CommCan policies and procedures as well as Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) compliance requirements. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform repetitive tasks. • Harvest / shuck one or multiple strains throughout the day. • Use attention to detail while working. • Dispose of plant waste daily. • Follow all CommCan policies and procedures. • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and enjoyable work environment. REQUIREMENTS ● Must be 21+ years old. ● Pass a comprehensive background check which is required. ● Maintain clean, orderly, sanitary conditions ● Professional and amicable demeanor. ● Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. ● Punctual and reliable with attendance. ● Professional and able to take direction. ● Dependable and hardworking attitude. ● Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. ● Ability to work well with team members as well as individually. ● Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and/or focus on one task for an entire day. ● High School Diploma or equivalent. ● Must possess superior fine motor skills and hand eye coordination ● Requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and reaching as well as carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds. ● Must have reliable transportation The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
