We are currently looking for a Pre-roll Associate to work in our Medway facility. The successful candidate will be motivated, flexible, able to multi-task, and a reliable team player.
Hours for this position are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Use an industrial grinder to process popcorn buds as needed.
• Weigh product with precision, speed and efficiency.
• Pack and twist pre-rolls to the proper consistency.
• Quality check the final product for defects (rips, stems, tightness etc.).
• Double check numbers per batch and accurately record in the Pre-Roll Log.
• Ability to execute techniques repetitively with consistent results.
• Adhere to company standards and operating procedures.
• Ability to meet and exceed daily goals.
• Perform other duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
• 21+ years old.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Related experience as a machine operator preferred.
• Ability to use and operate various tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a comprehensive background check which is required.
• Punctual and reliable with attendance.
• Professional and able to take direction.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work well with team members as well as individually.
• Requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and reaching as well as carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds.
